Deathloop Launches to Rave Reviews

By Matthew Cook

“DEATHLOOP”, the heavily hyped next-gen FPS developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda, is launching to rave reviews across the board. “DEATHLOOP” launches exclusively on PS5 and PC on September 14 but reviews have been released a day early.

The game has received the highest score possible from a plethora of publications.

IGN gave “DEATHLOOP” a 10/10 and said it is:

A new high watermark for Arkane and developers of similar games to aspire to, Deathloop is a game like no other

Gamespot lavished similar praise on the game with a 10/10 and saying:

Arkane Lyon’s follow-up to Dishonored is a masterclass in open-ended action game design.

The Sixth Axis praised the game’s design and replayability, also with a 10/10:

Deathloop is the kind of game that will get in your head and stay there even when you’re not playing. Colt is a great protagonist, the intricate environmental design is a dream to explore, and the loop system keeps things fresh and offers so much replayability.

“DEATHLOOP” has been one of the most anticipated PS5 games of the generation so far and the reviews seem to be confirming what everyone hoped from the trailers and pre-release footage.
